I have stayed at this location for an extended period of time while recovering from a severe knee surgery. I am highly please with the quality of service and peaceful surroundings. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and kind. The management is equally pleasant and attentively engaged with ensuring the property and guests are properly tended to. Pricing is fairly inexpesive and competitive with alternative hotels nearby. I personally recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a quiet, rejuvenating, and enjoyable nights rest.
This motel has greatly exceeded my expectations since its new management has taken over. The workers are very customer friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean and taken care of and the price is hard to beat these days. Would 10/10 recommend and stay again.
I enjoy this hotel because despite the cost its cleaner than some more expensive hotels. The staff is always accommodating . Great for a staycation with restaurants and less than 30 mins from downtown.
Well managed motel. Efficient check- in the front desk lady is very kind. The large room was clean with a comfortable bed. Unlike most motels, there is an elevator. For a simple overnight rest off I-90, Willow Lodge a good place to stop. I will stay again.
It's very pet friendly!!! The manager Mike is very caring and helpful. Mike goes far and beyond for his customers!!! The rooms are always clean!!! The motel is walking distance to restaurants, bus stops, beauty salons!!!! It's very peaceful here and the staff is so amazing!!!!!! I will recommend this motel to everyone!!!!
I had a great experience. Reasonable price and clean room. Quiet and I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and smelled good. I was in 302 with the hot tub and the led lights. Fridge was nice and cold. I have found my new honeycomb hide out.
My stay here was fantastic! From what I could tell, the hotel had recently undergone some renovations, and it showed. The check-in staff were amiable and accommodating, making the whole process a breeze. Once I got to my room, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything was. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud! Plenty of parking and a convenient location. I will stay at this hotel if I'm ever in the area again.
Rooms were nice! My car battery died and the front desk guy had his buddy pull up to help me get it started. Very thankful!
